The Fiio M11 - Missing files?

Hi,I've just purchased the FiiO M11 digital music player and I love it, apart from one thing; some of my music files even though they are on the micro SD Card do not show up in the library. For example The Carvel NYC, nowhere to be found. However, if I lose "The" making it just Carvel NYC it's there.
Any ideas or thoughts?Cheers.
