Teres battery option for Harmonic Tech 1.2v P2A

I am trying to find a solution to run my Harmonic Tech 1.2v P2A CyberLight cables via DC, and found an old thread here regarding usage of the 'Teres battery option' to do so, as well as the Teres site at http://www.teresaudio.com/index.html.

As there is not a lot of information on the Teres site I would be grateful to hear details as to how to use the Teres battery option, including whether or not the existing Teres product actually still works to run the Harmonic Tech P2A.
