Tech needed for mod in Los Angeles or other.

Anyone have a solid tech they can recommend in the Los Angeles area? Anywhere else in the country? They have to be a good technician with design background. Can be in any area of the city or the country. I have a Classe cp-35 that is outside its useful life and always wanted to do a parts up grade and add some more filtering.
