sub bass question

hi there.

ive added a JBL CONTROL 5 SUB BASS TO MY SYSTEM BUT WITHOUT SATELITTES THAT COMES WITH IT NORMALLY.

IM DRIVIN IT WITH A DEDICATED AMPLIFIER AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT DO YOU THINK GUYS ABOUT THIS BASS.

I HAVE A PAIR OF 810 COBALTS JM LABS AND NOT SURE IF ITS AN IMPROVEMENT OR NOT.

(SPEAKING OF SOUND QUALITY) AND I D LIKE TO KNOW HOW CAN I MATCH EXACTLY THE 2 VOLUMES OF THE 2 AMPS.

CAUSE ONE IS DRIVIN THE SPEAKS AND THE OTHER THE BASS.

GIMME MORE! What kind of amps are you using on these?
Im unamiliar with this subwoofer, its it normally a part of a HT sattelite setup then?
Jm Lab's usually go pretty low. I got some Chorus 707s's bookshelves and keep the crossover set at 60hz with my velodynes and it blends pretty well
