Speakers for Sophia Baby available in Italy ?

Any of the Zingali waveguide (basically, horn loaded) speakers would probably work well.

Tekton speakers by Eric Alexander, sends his speakers worldwide, sounds great with Sophia Baby, fabulous in small rooms. For a good idea on Tektons read the forum thread on Zu/Tekton. It's about the Lore speaker, but it will give you an idea of how/what the smaller speakers like my 4.5s sound like as their are many family qualities in Eric's build. I also own the Lore speakers. I have used both speakers with these amps, some are swaps with family or friends: Sophia Baby, Almarro 205a, Jolida Fx10, Primaluna Dialogue 1, Cary SEI 300b, Cary V12 and Fi 2a3.

I wonder if any one has heard the Fostex BK-12m – 4.5” Full-Range Folded Horn from Madisound ? They seem efficient and can be shipped to Italy as a Kit.

Also, checkout Decware. Their Decware Minis have been reviewed on Stereomojo with very postive results. They are 94 Dbs. As already stated, the Tekton Design brand has a bunch of postive feedback on Audiogon. Of course, Zu is well known, but what from the reviews, I take away a slightly 'dark' sound. Whatever that means, I don't know.

Also, less well known, but very well reviewed is Vaughn Loudspeakers. Check out Stereomojo and Dagogo for stellar reviews. While these reviews are for their larger speakers, which are 'great' but full range, they also have their smaller high efficiency Pinot. No reviews, and I have not heard them but I find the reviews convincing and a very plausible choice in loudspeakers. If I was in the market, I would have purchased Vaughn already. Just saying.

You should take a Look at Sophia Electric made Princess model one speakers that designed for 300B single ended amplifiers(8W per channel) and Baby Amplifier(10W per channel x 2).
