Speakers for a very small room

I have a dedicated room for my music system but it is very small. I am starting over from scratch.

i want highly sensitive speakers that will play nice with tube amps, therefore it needs to be minimum 8 ohm stable and sensitive.

i need this speaker to sound good placed near side boundaries. I am able to get them 16” from the side walls and 4’ Into the room (I can place closer to the wall if necessary) and ideally I think I’d sit the same distance the speakers are apart

room is 9.5x13.5x8, a little under 30m3. Small. Speakers will be placed on the short wall.

the tube amp I am most likely going to get is from finale audio 8wpc. Somewhat beefy Hashimoto transformers so it should be okay with midbass.

i really hope a speaker like this exists. Thanks for any help.

Budget: like to keep it under $5,000. I am happy to buy used.

for the record I have tried the following speakers in my room and was less than impressed with the sound which makes me think that my room was just too small for these speakers.

I would first reconsider such low power with small speakers.  The specs on the LS50 are that it's only 85 dB sens.  I wouldn't use anything less than a 40 w PP tube amp and even then you won't get a lot of volume.

I think most compact speakers have rather low sensitivity,  larger cabinets and drivers often contribute to greater output per watt.

I would estimate you would need around a 92 to 94 dB efficient speaker to get decent output in a small room with 8 watts,  that power is more appropriate for single driver speakers like Omega and Zu.
Omega Super 3i would work in a small room.   Silverline Minuet Supreme Plus also a possibility--easy to drive.
