Jolida integrated tube 302/502B + Totem Sig 1 is a superb combinination for a small room (mine is 12X12) and if you can find them used, it should be within your budget.

I'm looking for a satisfying (magical) combination of a monitor and tube integrated totalling no more than $1500 used.
The room is fairly large though I listen to small scale acoustic stuff and not very loud- i want accurate but warm etc.
Could be fully tubed or hybrid and a full bodied sound-
is it possible within my budget?
