Spacer required for Rega P3-24 & AT440MLa?

Just ordered a Rega P3-24. I plan to use my existing AT440MLa cartridge on it. Will I need a tonearm spacer? If so, which one, and where do I get it?

You can get the washers for a lot less money. IMO your best bet would be to get an adjuster like this. VTA Adjuster
