Tim, their sound quality is exceptional but their download process is a bit lacking! It is not automated and not as easy as some of the other download sites, but the results are worth the extra effort. Once you have ordered you can login to their site and select My Orders under My Menu on the right. Then select your Order ID and you should see the order details with available tracks, and below is a link to initiate the downloads. It also lets you restart an individual track download if you encounter any issues with a specific track. I think you should be able to figure it out from there, but it's been a while since I downloaded from them so if you run into further problems just let me know and I can probably help if I forgot anything. I just setup a computer audio system(JRiver v19on laptop with a NAS and an Oppo 105).
I just purchased my 1st 24/96 file online from Sound Liaison in The Netherlands. I'm new to all this, so I thought the file download would just start automatically after payment was processed. However, I didn't see this happening so I checked JRiver and my NAS but the purchased files didn't show up.
I checked my email and there was an email from Sound Liason confirming my order (with a list of the album and individual tracks) but no instructions for downloading.
Can someone tell me how this works and what I'm missing? It's a 24/96 WAV file "Carmen Gomes Studio Showcase Series #1". I didn't see any obvious options for initiating the download.
