Sota Sapphire Question

Hello I have a version II with an issue. First the four bolts on the bottom edges how much doe those have to come out to release the suspension? I have released the platter screws.

Second, even without the bolts loosened I tried to see if the motor would spin. I turned the table on and nothing from the motor. I did check to see if the belt was around the motor cog and it was.

Do you think I have a bad motor? Or is the suspension bolts effecting the motor?

Any other ideas? How hard is it to replace a motor?

Thanks

FYI: I did some more trail and error and in fact the motor will not turn the platter unless the suspension has been released.

Everything else seems fine now.

Thanks folks for your attention.
