Sony STR 6055 Receiver : PROTECTION QUESTION
I cannot find a fuse for this unit. Where is it located ?
Does this receiver have protection, in case of short ?
also..... Any thoughts about reliability.

According to this it may be located "under" a circuit board.

My Sony. AVR is well protected. I just switch off the fronts when playing surround audio using my large speakers and stereo amp for the mains. And a Solupeak for sharing amps that I sometimes switch when I forget that it's still powered up.
It just keeps tickin’.
