Sony PVM 3230 TV- question about RGB inputs

Unless the Sony has vertical and horizontal sync, you should not have any problems. Also, don't spend too much on the BNC to RCA adaptors.

I also forgot to mention that just because the TV offers component inputs doesn't mean it will be able to read a progressive scan rate. IMO, the only reason to bother with component video cables is because the DVD player you use outputs a progressive scan rate.Otherwise, use a good s-video cable or buy a TV that can handle the progressive scan rate.
