I found that the Better Cables Silver Serpent (35.00) had more resolution than Straight Wire (165.00) and Signal Cable (about 75-80.00), but there was a amazing jump in all areas of performance when using a Virtual Dynamics Testament digital cable.

I ultimately went with Better Cables Silver Serpent for the interconnects between my Prima Luna power amp/ Musical Fidelity CD PRE 24 and Prima Luna power amp/ SONY SCD 555 ES SACD player. I had tried using the Better Cables Silver Resolution interconnects and speaker cables together and I found that the combination was noticeably and annoyingly bright sounding.
