Shunyata Research Venom Defender or High Fidelity Cables MC-0.5 Power Conditioner?

Anybody compared these? Do they work?

The other is a 15 amp outlets not dedicated. With the Pro power conditioner plugged into it. With my front end plugged into the Pro power conditioner.
