Shout out to JDS Labs great service
Just wanted to give a shout out to JDS Labs for super super fast turn around on a service issue I had. I bought a B-Stock El Amp II+ and it had a problem (right channel on pre-amp wasn't working) on arrival. I got an RMA same day and UPS return label. The day my return arrived back at JDS, they fixed it and shipped it back. The communication and responsiveness was extraordinary. I'm just super impressed.
I know it's common to post about negative experiences, but wanted to make sure that a positive experience got acknowledged.
