The repaired a N100 without asking if was purchased new (and it wasn't).
So, I would have no qualms.
Also, their prices weren't too bad.

Servicing Used Aurender Products Purchased 2nd Hand
I've read numerous accounts of Aurender providing excellent customer service. Does this excellent customer service extend to units purchased 2nd hand in the used market? I've read where some manufacturers do not service gear unless it was purchased by the original owner.
