Service for Muse Model 18

Can anyone tell me who is a former dealer for the sub that can help me in the Southern CA. area? I am near Palm Springs so the closer to here the better. Also the fuse holder in the muse amp is cracked any ideas where I can get that or a personality card for Hales Model 2.

Do you still have your Muse?

I could get no help from muse. Any high-end service center should be able to help. Please post resistor values if you have the personality card for the Hales Signature System Two.
