semiautomatic or automatic to support a Dynavector

Is there a semiautomatic or automatic tt, new or vintage, with a tonearm that will suport a Dynavector 10x5?

An accident could cost a bunch. What I am looking for is an auto or semi tt with a a med mass arm that can handle the Dynavector. I have a tt with a low mass arm, but that will not work with the 10x5.
