Seeking A New DAC - Recommendations

Ho All:

I am ready to purchase a new DAC within the next several weeks. Budget is approximately $2K, but less would be great.

My preferred sound could be described as detailed and clean. I find sound referred to as warm or analog sounds dull and muddled to me.

Transport being utilized is an Audiolab 6000.

Recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Their stuff tends to always be too 'dry' and analytical for my taste, but that might be right up your alley!
