I had the same thing happen to me with my UPC 200 a few years ago. I contacted PS Audio and they had me ship it back for a board replacement. About a week later it arrived back to me as good as new. They didn't charge for the board and they paid the return shipping. A very good customer service experience!

Wow, huge surge hit my house during a storm today. It blew my dedicated 20 amp circuit breaker, tripped the grounded high grade outlet and then was finally stopped by my UPC 200. The surge did get by my whole house 200 amp surge protector.
Well, a lot of expensive gear was saved! Now I love PS Audio more than ever.
