satori V preamp made by TerraSong

This tube preamp about 8 yrs old.I'm looking to replace it with a Manley Wave. Anybody with knowledge of either of these amps,I would appreciate any opinions as i cannot audition units together.

There were many modifications to the Satori.Does it have the auto-bias and PAS caps in the output stage? This is a very good pre with mm/mc phonostage.Mullards were the tube of choice for the unit-CV 4004s for the line and older 12ax s for phono.Sold mine when David left for the Middle-East. Take a look at the First Sound Deluxe MKII.
