I don't have any specific information regarding the reliability of the unit. However, from corresponding with Steve, the designer, I have formed the impression that he takes very good care of his customers. I know that he is also getting ready to release a more upscale preamp. In addition, I have read a number of posts from very happy 10A owners. I hope this helps.
