Sad news for VPI - from their Facebook page...

Dear friends, dealers, and customers,

Sheila has been fighting cancer with everything she has but is unfortunately near the end of her battle. We have been taking the time to be with Sheila and support her as much as we can while she is still with us. Orders, emails, phone calls... everything is delayed because of this hard time. We ask for your understanding and patience. We also ask that you direct all technical questions to your dealer otherwise it might take awhile before we respond. We will keep you all updated on what is happening.

I called VPI years ago to get a recommendation for an upgrade for my HW19 MK IV. Sheila answered the phone and the result of the conversation was that she advised me to keep what I have. I found her to be a lovely person and I've always looked back on the conversation with warmth.

My heart goes out to the family.
