Rossini Apex by DCS…does it come in black :-) Jokes aside, have you heard the Rossini with external clock? 

Yup... Comes in black.... I have not heard it with the clock.. Please tell me that adding the clock makes absolutely no difference at all...!

Borrow the clock from John and decipher for yourself if it is worth the audible improvements in your system. Every system is different, in my setup; it was totally worth it.

PS: Use high quality BNC cables between clock and Rossini for this audition. Stock cables are good but not nearly as good as aftermarket cables.

I have to say it’s refreshing to see a purchase decision being made after actual audition instead of by comparing what the You Tube crowd says and then imagining you know how it sounds. Unfortunately, listening appears to no longer be the norm, and it started way before Covid. Enjoy your new dac.

You're right... Both my Miami based dealers have been super helpful and accommodating. I'm spending oodles of money but feel they also have a stake in my satisfaction.

À nice dac : little bit à “clean” sound ,. It sounds like The MSB ref.dac.  : i miss the natural view . the experience of The Music (the  ability to feel). : I compared them with the Metronome Technologie C6 and - Le Dac :the Metronome was the winner in all areas…and not so expensive than the 2 others…

The dealers primarily have a stake in your pocketbook, which you are more than willing to accommodate!  (Tongue in cheek; glad you can afford such a system!)
