hey fellow roon-users. i wanted to bring up something really interesting from the whatsbest taiko extreme thread. theres a few of us there sharing experiences with tweaking roon's clock priority and buffer size settings. maybe you hear a difference, maybe you don't but its free to try so we can use this opportuntity to collect more data!
in my experience, setting the clock priority to 7 and buffer size to 25ms had a subtle but nice impact on what i was hearing. could i hear it blind? i'm not sure but it is something i noticed accross a simple CIEM+laptop system as well as my bigger speaker system. as mentioned earlier, it's free to try so why not.
