Rock concerts

I know this is in older threads but I am interested in what concerts you attended back in the day, and
better yet, do you still enjoy them as much today?
My first concert was Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show!
I loved Foreigner, saw them several times.  Heart was great, as was AC/DC. Billy Squier,
Chicago...and I have to say, I love hearing them even now!

So many, but here’s a few; Bowie, Lou Reed, Elton John, REM, Paul Simon, Dylan, Natalie Merchant, Jethro Tull, Chris Isaak, Springsteen, James Taylor, Van Morrison, Jimmy Buffet, John Ritter, Herman's Hermits, Justin Hayward, Gordon Lightfoot...many were seen multiple times. With the high prices, crowds and parking, it would take a lot to motivate me to go today.

I recall taking my daughter with me to see Bruce Springsteen at the Berkeley Community Theatre. When he came out, I wondered why the band wasn't with him. I remembered that it was Bruce Springsteen, without the E Street Band. It was just Bruce and a guitar, but it was awesome! After about three hours, we were about to leave and I told my daughter, "That's why they call him the Boss." If you get a chance to see him live, don't miss it. You will never forget it.
Add two more to my list above; k.d.Lang, and Al Stewart (twice). Both were great concerts. I really do miss live concerts!
