In a word.....YES. In my room, with my system, and to my ears, the addition of the TT-PSU has allowed me to hear a definite improvement in the sound of music. I am now enjoying a deeper soundstage, a greater sense of pace and rhythm, a slightly tighter bass response, and an overall "it sounds better" type of feeling.
I had my Rega P3-24/Exact 2 set-up since December 2008, and I added the TT-PSU this past Autumn. IMHO, it has been a very worthwhile purchase.
