reel to reel repair in los angeles

looking for a good place to take my pioneer 909 to get repaired.i already had the whole deck refurbished about 3 years ago from an excellent guy in utah i met on ebay,but cant seem to find him now. my deck is not putting out any highs on one track,right side. any ideas?
