Recommendations for Media Server or DAP device

My budget is <$2K and the unit must be able to play High Rez FLAC files. I prefer a single unit as opposed to separate server and DAC.

I have a windows phone and the control app doesn't work on windows or blackberry phones, nor does the company have any plans to do so.
