Recommendations for a quality headset?

I'm looking for a solid headset w/ microphone combination to use with my computer. Ideally, I'd like to find something that is comfortable enough to wear all day, has great sound quality on the headphones, generally blocks some background noise, and has a microphone that can filter background noise effectively.

Can anybody make a recommendation? Anybody selling? I'm looking to buy.
