The DV 10x5 is a great all around cart for the money. Its high output so you can use it with a MM phono stage.

I have a slightly older brother to the QL-Y66F, Mine is a QL-Y5F. It has a similar ED tonearm, S shaped rather than straight as in yours but both support medium mass cartridges. I had a Denon DL-110 and it's a great sub $200 cart for it but I recently bought the high value Shure M-97xe and my purpose will be to buy the Jico SAS stylus for it. However even the stock Shure stylus works great with this arm.
If you could find a JVC X1 or X2 that would make a perfect all JVC vintage set.
Shure 97 xe and AT 150 are fine carts with the AT being way more detailed and extended top to bottom. Shure lacks in some detail but it is a highly musical cart and considering the price its a real bargain. A JICO SAS will provide more detail.
Nagaoka's are excellent and several fit your budget, Goldring 1012gx is also a great all round performer.
