Recapped Valhalla or new Herculis II?

Hello, Linn Sondek LP owners. After 30+ years my LP 12 begging for some renovations. Valhalla PS needs recapping, several resistors look fried too. My question - what makes more sense in terms of sound quality and reliability - to recap Valhalla or buy new Herculis II? Another problem - smth. happened to the Cirkus Bearing. The spindle goes inside only up to a half length. Looks like plastic tube inside cracked. I believe that I can buy new Cirkus for aprox. $150 or Mobar for $300. Will Mobar really improve the sound quality? Your opinion will be very much appreciated. Thanx!
