Had the same problem I called VPI and they sent me new strips to install. They have an adhesive on one side so they attached easily and I was not charged for the strips. They arrived within a seven day period, want to thank VPI once again for their excellent customer service. Good Luck
Reattach felt strip to VPI Outer Ring Clamp
There are 4 felt strips that came attached to the inside vertical wall of the VPI outer ring clamp where the clamp meets the edge of the record. Over time one felt strip has come entirely off and 2 others are about to fall off. How do I reattach the felt strips? Thanks for your help.
