Quobuz Connection

Hello all,
Probably a pretty simple question however I’m just a little unclear.
I currently use the LG V30+ Cell phone as my DAC for my home audio system.
At the end of 2021 that phone will be obsolete and not supported according to T-Mobile.
For those unaware this phone was rated "Class A" in Audiophile recommended components.
My question is what do I need to replace this in my System?
It will need to not only be a DAC, but also be able to run/connect to Quobuz.
(via some form of internet connection?)
I’m not sure if this is a 2 unit solution or if one unit accomplishes this.
I have heard of people using a laptop... Not really what I would consider an option, not only because of the laptop being so NOT audio related and unsightly, but because I want a piece of equipment that is part of my permanent Audio set up. (A laptop seems embarrassing for that purpose😣).
Ohhh... BTW ....price under $2000.00.

Thanks in advance,

One choice to consider is the NAD C 658 @ $1649 in the US.  I have never tried it, but have read good things about it.  It is also Roon Ready if that matters, or might matter in the future.
I think a Bluesound Node 2i streamer and a Gustard X26 Pro DAC will have you not missing your phone one little bit.  Best of luck.
You are definitely in for a treat. Avoiding a PC is also a good decision. What the rest of your system looks like and where you are thinking of going in the future are both important considerations. If this is an intermediate step to a much better system, then separates might be the best decision. If this is expected to be a single / final step… then a single Streamer / DAC may make more sense. Both the streamer and DAC will have a very profound effect on the sound quality of your system overall. You could boost your buying power by going used. Since there are no mechanical devices in these… they tend to be very reliable. Schiit Gungnir Multibit DAC would be a great DAC, you could couple this with a good quality streamer and have a great front end.
If youi want a good quality streamer/dac that is small and portable, you might consider the Fiio line. They have a good reputation and the various versions of their top model -- the M15 -- are all within your budget.
