Question about MAGNEPANS 1.6 QR??

I have heard that these maggies are not very dynamic. If I added a sub to these maggies could I get those dynamics like with cone speakers?? Thanks for your responds!

I had 1.6's and they definitely benefitted from a sub, for low-end punch. REL is good.
They just don't have it even with kiloatts feeding them. I was using 500 watts. -Ed
