Quality Live CD / DVD Combo's

I think one of the best new trends (?) in music is the release of live performance CD's that include a DVD of the event. Examples I enjoy are the Bonnie Raitt & Friends, Real Live Roadrunning and the new Trinity Revisited release from the Cowboy Junkies. Are there others I would enjoy? - doesn't have to be any particular sytle of music -just a great performance on both media. Thanks.

Simon and Garfunkel - "Old Friends Live On Stage" is great (if you like them)

Neil Young - "Live at Massey Hall" - although the video is poor, but still worth seeing.

The Traveling Wilburys - "Collection"

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - "Running Down a Dream" This is actually a documentary plus a concert video, plus a CD of the concert.

There are plenty that I know have a CD and a DVD - just don't knwo if they're packaged together as a special promo. The above are.
