quad esl-63... should I try to replace dustcovers

I have a recently (two years ago) fully refurbished set of esl-63s that I absolutely love. but I just noticed the dust covers are wrinkling on both speakers. I am wondering whether I have a humidity problem or what. speakers still sound great except for some flapping on certain bass notes.

anyway, is it advisable that I replaced the dustcovers myself? I am reasonably handy but have never worked on quads before.

thanks for thoughts.

Dust cover degradation is not uncommon.
I personally wouldn't try this, but you may be more handy.
My recommendation would be to contact Quad.
My experience with them was always VERY pleasant.
