psb alpha vs paradigm mini monitor?

The Mini is a good step ahead in all areas IMO and I've owned both. The Alpha is more in line with the Paradigm Titan. The Alpha and Titan used spring clips and a fixed grill originally with a mylar tweeter. The mini uses a metal dome tweeter. I assume you mean the first versions of each? There are many now.

They are both good and comparable. I'd go with the one you prefer to look at. Although I have a preference for PSB because I like the designer's body of work.
