If you are getting it to turn on with the triggers, it may just be a bad connection.
I would also make sure you assigned the correct trigger if the Showcase has more than 1 (my HTS 7.1 has 2). I know on my HTS all of the triggers are configured for their specific devices.
If you can't figure it out, check with your dealer or Krell. I have always found Krell's service to be great.
