Problems with Paypal payment?

Hi folks, 

I can't seem to get the Paypal method of payment to connect correctly.  Is that no longer supported?  Has anyone gotten that to work when the list an item for sale in the last day or so?

I haven't sold on here is a while, so the interface is new to me, but when I get to the part where I have to select payment methods, I can select Paypal, but then a popup window opens and nothing happens...

Any advice?

OK thanks... not sure what's going on.

Just to be clear, They have no problem taking my monthly membership out, but when I actually go to make a FS listing, it hangs and I can't proceed.

Why in general, do more and more sellers not accept PayPal?

Probably because they’re too cheap to pay the 2.9% sellers fee!

I think the big issue for many people is that PP will screw over a seller and chargeback a sale on somewhat unsubstantiated claims from the buyer.

It is a problem with fraudulent buyers who then claim they never got the product, etc.
