I've know two CD versions: Knussen & London Sinfonietta on Virgin VCD7 59578-2 (2 discs, complete with Britten's own cuts on the Decca version restored); and a 51min suite of excerpts with Slatkin and the BBC Symphony on CHANDOS CHAN 10111. Both are truly excellent musically and sonically.
