Primaluna integrated

After 10 years of use, my beloved Prologue 2 needs repair. I love this integrated , the sound bests everything I have heard .  I'm amazed at the soundstage , bass and midrange. I'm currently using kt120s and the music is very engaging. My speakers are omega 3xrs and the combination is wonderful. I use tidal with a concero hd dac. The support I received from Primaluna (Herman and Kevin ) was very reinforcing. Even though I purchased it used , they were very responsive and understood that for every person who buys a used piece , there is another potential sale. I can't wait to get it back. The experience has been very positive. Kudos to Primaluna , great products and great support !!

I liked my Prologue 2. When the HP was released, I just had to have it, knowing I wouldn't have buyers remorse. 

The HP did experience some untimely down time, but the support from Kevin was A1, and warranty repair process was hassle free.

Unless your wallet is FAT, there isn't a need to go beyond the PL line. Build and sound is above what you're  paying for.

My unit had that exact problem. If it still exists, try rotating the volu,e knob vigorously back and forth for several seconds.

This worked on my unit. The unit is sealed, so comtact cleaner won’t work, like on a traditional pot.

Aniwolfe- my unit had a bad relay. The symptom was a dead channel.
