No flash or smoke?
Did you try to put the old tubes back in? To see if it works.
There are the two fuses next to the transformer.

PREAMP PROBLEM--HELP!
Hi- I just replaced the tubes on my CJ Art 2 preamplifier. Now, it refuses to turn on!. Do preamps have fuses? ( I know that power amps do, but I just don't know about preamps.)
If so,where are they likely to be located and how many amps should I buy--5, 15, 20? I hope that the entire power supply didn't go out! THANK YOU VERY MUCH
