Power Cables diminishing returns

$1000 is not twice as good as $500 no matter what vice you are talking about, power cords, cables, cartridges, amps, preamps, speakers, watches, wine, scotch, golf clubs, etc., etc.

The only time $1000 is twice as good as $500 is in cash form. ;)

I worked for a major pharmaceutical company for over 30 years. On average, it took about 10 years just to bring a product from conception to public consumption. Obviously, many never make the trip.
