I came accross a DIY article in Soundstage and did it myself. I have a Sony 7000 DVD and it to had a fixed AC cord. It was not a difficult project. Pioneer PD65 Power Cord Modification
As some or many of you will know this CD player does not have a removeable power cord. I would like to upgrade and am looking for advice on someone who could modify this unit to accept an upgraded after market power cord. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Rick
