Phono Pre Amp desision Manley to ARC Ref 3

 I am considering upgrading my Manley Chinock to an ARC Ref 3..... there is a significant price difference, but what I read, seems as though the Ref 3 is worth the $’s. Has anyone upgraded to Ref 3? What are the +/-‘s. 

I welcome any thoughts, insight and reomendations.
