Perfect Path Technologies: Omega E mat

I’m curious about this product from Perfect Path Technologies and would like to hear from those that have experience with it. I’ve bought and used the Total Contact enhancer and like what it does for my system so I’m interested in hearing how this Omega E mat performs.

@ toeapaudio It would be good to have the designers view on what led him to the design of the mat and what he thinks it is doing. I presume it’s similar to other products by Bybee, SR and Akiko which work by absorbing RFI and EMF. I wonder how these mats can be selective and not also absorb some of the musical details? My experience with Bybee is hit and miss

I can not share the chemistry. It is similar to in premise to the above mentioned devices, and others, but only in concept of use that's it.
The magnet has absolutely nothing to do with the sonic properties,
it was chosen for versatility of placement. My #1 goal with the design
was to offer a level of performance never offered before regardless of
price.

For those who do not understand why I do not want to go into detail on the nitty gritty of the technology, I will spell it out COPY CATS, hence the 30 day return guarantee.
@uberwaltz When I designed this mat, I am acutely aware that the price might be to much for all music lovers, and budgets. I want everyone to be able to have this technology. Very very shortly I will release the next,
and only size to the Omega.

The size will be 1/10, the power will be 1/10, and the price will be 1/10th of the Omega. This size will have a couple of unique applications that the big mat
cannot due to size.

The important feature to me is allow anyone to get a healthy taste of what the big mat will do at a ridiculous inexpensive price with the same
30 day guarantee.
@fleshler I would place one center main panel, one center sub panel,
one on the isolation transformer, I would then split the other 3 in your system starting with source.
@uberwaltz  I have committed to a have website done by the end of this month. I will launch the card with the site. Not here to discuss my business plan, but being able to produce this thing in volume is a big concern of mine.

@resolution1 yes the power strip would be perfect for the cards, the mat is way to large, and the strip will benefit.

@amg56  I do have one question (amongst many that I know will not be answered), but how can you really tell what effect this Omega E mat is having on your system when there are so many "tweaks" you have already applied to your system?

I will answer it. regardless of the number of tweaks in a system, the power in both is not subjective. It is so strong there is no mistaking
it. Fact is, achieving a killer set up is lots of time and money regardless whether you use my products or not or in your words impractical.
You seem to want dismiss the honest testimonials of other members.

You have also glazed past my post earlier today, about the why I do not want to go into detail about the construction or why about my product in detail. Do you not care or respect that I want to protect my intellectual property and product? Sure seems that way. In lieu of my position I offered the money back return to offset the controversy.  I hope you can see my point of view.

The mat was put through a number of test to see what materials would stop the effect, 2inch solid marble, 3/8's thick rolled steel boiler plate,
2" solid granite, 1"thick extruded aluminum none of them were up to the task. There is no benefit to taking the cover off your panel, and installing the mat inside the panel.

@fazee yes the smaller one should be fine. The magnetic strength I am pretty sure  will not affect a hard drive. I have had a full mat on my Mac Mini, small card on my I Phone for weeks. no problem at all.
@sbayne  I currently use a mixture of Synergistic Research, Akiko, Bybee and DIY products. I know this is all very system specific and obviously subjective but f the E-Mat eliminated the need for all of those products that would really be "saying something".

I really do not want to name specific brands or products that I feel the E Mat is superior to. I am confident that in time that the user base will determine on it's own if the E Mat eliminates the need of all previous known enhancers.

@toetapaudio  Great questions, No batteries, zero crystals. It is solid state, will never degrade in performance. Biggest unique feature is
the fact that you cannot overload the room or system by adding  more.

Personally we have removed all signal, room enhancing devices from our system, except for my products, We found a big increase in dynamics and air once removed.

Bybee signal enhancers, first generation.

I’m not totally sure I would intimate that everyone else would experience your results.

Neither would I! however I have 2 customers that followed suit. One had 16 IQSE's now gone, the other was using 4 I think, which are now gone
from his system.

What other parameters besides dynamics and air did you look for?
We did not look for anything, just conveying what happened. This was also confirmed by both customers.
As much as I would like to talk about what is going on with the mat
well............I can't.

Fleschler is correct about the mat in regards to acoustic room treatment.
That is about to change by the end of summer.  We have developed a
3 step approach to achieving absolute musical nirvana. #1 TC paste,
#2 Omega E Mat, # 3 forthcoming Acoustical room treatment. All I will say is #3 will be the icing on the cake!!
"The question is whether magnetism is part of how the mat works."

Pretty sure my September release is going to raise a lot of new questions, and magnetism will not be one of them.

I have also noticed speculation on my cost to offer my products, as
well as the quality. Quality is my number one priority, not cost.

As far as cost well, I just finished a material batch, and I spent more then I paid for my home, and I don't live in a rabbit hole.

@ozzy Break in it is not. Slowly energizing the panel or component, 7th or 8th day it will snap into place, and further improvements will be  linear. It will have changed again by tonight, again by morning and so on. Just be a little more patient your almost there.

Couple of quick questions, were your speakers and amps new out of the box? If so how many hours are on them?

@uberwaltz Things have changed in the market place, I have placed a high priority on releasing them ASAP! Even considering a introductory offer, so get ready it should be a lot of fun!
My unconditional return guarantee does not  apply if the product is cut or altered. The smaller card should prevent one from cutting up the larger mat. Cutting will alter the performance big time.

First production run of the Alpha E Card is almost done!

@ozzy So are you saying that once I pull the mat it may take a few days for its effect to dissipate?

A couple of hours, however ONCE REMOVED YOU START THE PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN. hope that helps.
@ozzy Your welcome, and I understand, when you pull it I would suggest
putting in your vehicle or garage, in other words get it out of the house.
@ozzy Hi Ken,

Sorry you feel that way. Its pretty obvious your not thrilled with it, do us both a favor ,
and please send it back.

Happy listening
Tim

Not sure what part of that makes you think I am P.O.ed.
I thought it was a professional response to your email in my box this morning.

As far as the sample I sent you, it was  enough to do your system, it was just over a half a ML, measured it myself. Thank you for your interest

@grannyring Gee Bill you are leaving a lot of out of the second hand story, like the amount of time I spent on the phone with that fine customer. How about the checkpoint I ran him through?

Did I poo poo when he told me you were building him a new linear power supply, and power cord? My exact quote "excellent" I then asked him if the goods would be pre cooked or fresh from the bench?

I told him his system would be changing for quite some time, well past my 30 day return policy. I told him based on his changes I would extend it for him. Satisfaction is my top priority period.
@jetter A better example would be how does my technology differ from other topical, and in line signal enhancers? I have answered this before.
It is completely different. That is all your going to get, and the return guarantee.

TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED E MATS
IF YOUR ARE NOT TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE
PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL ME.

@grannyring Protective is the right word, Bill. This much I do know for a fact. None of my products are system dependent, that is a myth, and not just my opinion. If the other member you speak of did pay up front
for a mat and is disappointed, shouldn't he contact the manufacture first,
instead of voicing his opinion to someone who put in writing I won't buy
one because of the expense, but would try the cheaper smaller version.
One can't help but to ask, what is your real intention?

These products are like my children, I am proud of what I put into them,
and will protect them to the end.

Happy Listening

@sbayne my recommendation would be buy a kit, give me a call and lets have a great conversation!
Good morning to everyone! I have already received several bundle inquires. If you are a previous customer you may substitute the TC kit for a another deck of E Cards or  a  $300 credit for a additional E mat.
The customer will always be our number one priority!

@aniwolf  keep the feedback coming! Our webmaster saw your post, as of this morning speed has doubled, and will further increase in the days to come.

Last thing I wanted to mention, all domestic shipping is FREE, all international shipping is a flat 29.99.

@jafreeman Good morning Joe, great job on your jumpers, that's exactly how I would construct them The thick coating in this case
will take a little longer to polymerize, but it will. Not sure if your wire and connectors are new, if they are , particularly Furutech makes for a rough
beginning. Hope that helps.
That's awesome Joe! What's funny is I have been doing the same thing, not jumpers though. Playing around with their spades and RCA's. The break-in on those every bit as rotten as their duplexes, but so worth it a few hundred hours down the road.

I forgot to mention this morning, that a thin coat of TC on your jumper wires insulation will further enhance their performance, same if you completely coat the entire banana connector. Have a great weekend!
@Ipretiring To be honest I really didn't plan on doing any shows.
I have been very very busy. Many big developments over the Winter.

Long story short, Capitol Audio Fest 2019. Except for the Amp and Source the entire room will be PPT technology and products.

I have done something unusual in the sense that gear has purposely
been mismatched, really wanted a challenge.

This will allow any and all to check out what we are trying to bring to the audio community.

I will do 3 major US shows in 2020.

The Gate is coming, I am a little behind on them, but they are coming along, should be early spring. So worth the wait!

Small highly effective product, coming in the next 7-10 days. Depends on the printer. It will be called Stop It, they will sell for $10 each. I think
everyone is really going to like them.

Last thing I would also like to mention, watch the site, except for
Total Contact all present and future PPT Products will carry a
full 90 day warranty effective now.

Wish everyone a great Spring! Even you Elizabeth & Oldtech

@uberwaltz, You certainly can, too much less effect. As good as TC is,
for surface treatments, what I am using rules the roost.
