PATHOS ACOUSTICS CLASSIC ONE -- Bridged Mode?

Has anyone out there heard a pair of Pathos-Acoustics Classic One amps running as monoblocks... in bridged mode?
My new speakers could use some more power but I love the sound of my Classic One so I am considering buying second one and bridging them to mono (which is done by a moving a switch located under the bottom cover). Some people say this will change the sound others claim it the sound will be identical... just more of it. (I considered their Logos model but it is too expensive and puts out 110 wpc whereas a pair of bridged Classic Ones are rated at 170 wpc).

Any insights are appreciated,

Yeah I wondered about that myself. No companion amp with same switch.Maybe its buy one of the older Mk.I 's and use them latterally so "leseer" circut runs woofers and better Mk.II rubs top end.Not much power for bridging I must say.If you did this ansd were willing to mark your volumes controls to dial as closelty as possible you could not convert them to mono and get 150% of 110 or 165 watts. Most amps when you convet to mono double the power more.I have always tried to listen closely to arguments for lateral versus vertical bi-amping and though that though you get less sack (because mono conversion is supposed to normally really boost the power) but better controll by having the stereo run amps control only one set of speakers. But running them this way might not be optimal and it would take better advice than I could give to sayt whtherin this set up that cheap in line low and high pass filters would put less demands on amp by not "showing full bandwith spectrum.I follow thispost (especially the corrections of my inanenities) with great interest.

P.S. for buck to sack that 130 watt Unico lkooks preety good to.
