It appears that ECM remastered some of them, e.g. American Garage, New Chautauqua, in 2008 for a Touchstones series of reissues. If 2000 is too far past for you, I'd recommend waiting for High-Res downloads.
Pat Metheny re issues?
Does anyone know if Mr. Metheny's older body of work has been remastered? There are cd's that came out in 2000 but I don't think these will sound any good.
