Parasound A21 with JDR Capri II

Has anyone tried driving a Parasound amp using the JRDG Capri II preamp?

I have the Capri and 201 but the 201 simply run out of lung capacity, so looking at replacing the 201's with a Parasound A21 (class A/AB @ 250w @ 8 ohm).

I would like to hear the good and bad using this combo thanks.
